What is My Email Address?

Every student at Lake Land College has a Lake Land college email address. It is important to check it often as many departments on campus will send important information via your Lake Land College email account.

Your email address will be:

your IRIS ID@lakelandcollege.edu

or you can also use the old domain which is

your IRIS ID@lakeland.cc.il.us

Tip: Both domains will be listed in Canvas on your Canvas profile and will go to the same email inbox. All messages created in Canvas will be routed through your Lake Land College email. You can make adjustments to your Canvas notifications if desired.

How Do I login to My Email?

To login to your email account go to the Lake Land College home page. In the top menu click Laker Hub Login. In the Hub you can create a connection to your email account. View the tab above for steps on connect your email account with Hub account.

You can also view email directly. Scroll down to the bottom of the Lake Land College home page. Under Resources click Laker Mail. On the email login page type your IRIS ID and password.

How Do I Create a Connection to My Email in the Laker Hub?

You can view email in the Hub; however, you must make the connection first. Under Laker Mail click Try entering your credentials.

A dialog box will appear. In the ID box type your web\IRIS ID and in the password box your IRIS password. Confirm your password. Click OK.

Once connected you will see a message count in your inbox.
