Objective

To introduce to the student the basic principles of weight training and conditioning.

To demonstrate and participate in strength training and plyometric training.

Course Outcome

Each Student will gain a better understanding and have a knowledge base for strength training that can build on.

Grades

A- Full participation in each workout sessions

B- Missing only 1 W/O

C- Missing only 2 W/O

D- Missing only 3 W/O

F- Missing more than 4 W/O
