CLASS PRESENTATION

YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE WORKOUTS AT THE LAKE LAND COLLEGE FITNESS CENTER.  ALL WORKOUTS NEEDED TO BE A MINIMUM OF 30 MINUTES.  YOU CAN EARN UP TO 2 HOURS PER DAY.   THOSE 2 HOURS CAN BE IN DIFFERENT MINIMUM 30 MINUTE WORKOUTS.  IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME TAKING PED 209 YOU WILL NEED TO GO THROUGH ORIENTATION WITH THE FITNESS CENTER SPECIALIST.

 

GRADING SCALE

1000 MIN OR 16 HOURS 40 MIN= A

955 MIN OR 15 HOURS 55 MIN = B

905 MIN OR 15 HOURS 5 MIN = C

855 MIN OR 14 HOURS 55 MIN = D

 

YOU WILL NEED TO BE ACTIVELY PURSUING THE COMPLETION OF THE COURSE WITH REGULAR ATTENDANCE.  IF REGULAR WORKOUTS ARE NOT BEING COMPLETED YOU COULD BE DROPPED FROM THE COURSE.
